Pls help

So lately I could be sitting down or just doing whatever and I feel like weird sensations on my face and it’s last for seconds it kinda feels like stiffness on my forehead I do struggle with Sever anxiety and take lexapro . Is this normal does it happen to anyone else

Yeah sounds like tension sometimes I get that feeling it's usually when I'm really tense or stressed

I am not on any anti-depressants because I am scared to take them...but yes I get it all over my head and stinging zaps or rubber band popping kind of feeling in face and top of head.
