Does anyone else have a elevated heart rate due to anxiety?

Even when you aren’t necessarily in an anxious state?

Yes. I go through this all of the time which then I start over thinking it and it makes me feel worse and I get even more symptoms.

Absolutely. I’ve gone through this plenty of times. And anxiety symptoms make anxiety so much worse.

Yes! Even rolling over in bed at night sometimes wakes me up because I feel my heart beating hard against the bed. Only happens when anxiety is up which has been the norm lately.
