Tremors in whole body?? While falling asleep

I got this weird full body vibration right when I was about to sleep lastnite. I had it before but this time lasted alot longer , like for 3 to 4 minutes, then felt like if it was slowing down but felt also like when it slowed down my heart would stop for a quick second...I'm not sure what this is from but just wondering if anyone else has felt this before ....

I experience this quite often. Usually only when I nap for some reason. It’s very frustrating and scary. I don’t know what it is but it’s nice to know I’m not alone.

Ya this is a krazy feeling I usually get this at times but only for a brief few seconds but the other night was like for 3 minutes, matter of fact I was falling asleep and as I realized I was vibrating I was awake but it didnt disapear even as I tossed around it was still there. I had to shake myself out of it....I'm on xanax so I'm not sure if it's part of a side effect or misfire in the brain ..who knows
