Euphoric

Well today I had a real euphoric feeling it felt so good but I knew I would crash and I did. Thought I was going to die or have a heart attack. What is this it’s horrible. 😔 The good thing is I didn’t really panic.

I’ve just read about it and bipolar came up. 3 of my sisters have bipolar.

Feelings of euphoria are pretty common when you have a break from anxiety.

You'll find that as your anxiety and panic starts to get more in check, so will these euphoric feelings. The good news to take from this is that you've experienced a break from your anxiety and as you experience more breaks the euphoric feelings will dull to be normalised.

Do you take any SSRI's?

Yes I take Lexapro 20mg
