I have been suffering with 'Social Anxiety' since secondary school, its taking over my life now. I'm struggling to find training courses that will accept me to be on my own because of my SA (Social Anxiety) its causing me alot of stress I can't find work to do because I have no experience I really want to work and get out there but its holding me back. I feel lost and there's no hope. Any one else have social anxiety and any tips or advice to work?
