Fluttering again

Just been lying on stomach and got loads off fluttering in chest felt like it wasn’t going to stop but lasted not even 2 seconds, now I’m on edge really panicky

It’s gone away as soon as it happened but now I’m constantly on edge what if it happens again etc, thanks for the quick reply x

I'm going thru the same thing right now I've been thru it before but it get me everytime I'm on edge rn
