This is probably gonna sound weird but when I get a little headache I start wo wonder if I’m not getting enough oxygen to my brain or something I know that sounds silly but today I’m really scared about it

I've heard headaches can come from a number of things. But I dont know if it is from not enough oxygen? I've never heard of that. But i hope you find answers. I get worrisome when I have a headache as well. 
IF you are worried about not enough oxygen to your brain, all you have to do it take 3 really DEEP, breaths, very slowly.
It is an easy remedy, for that fear.
