freaking out

Okay guys, I think I am actually scared to the bone right now. I woke up with the slight ringing ears and other than that I was good. My sore throat is gone which idk why I had it. Now I went to the store and the lights were very flourecent. I do have floaters in my eyes fyi. Anyways, my vision started feeling patchy and foggy. I was panicking in the store already because I was thinking of my life. Anyways the lights started making my vision very patchy. Like I could see but I felt like the sides of my eyes where hazy. The store looked lowkey foggy.

This has happened at church with the bright lights too. And I freak out so much. I went to the eye doctor about 2 years ago he said I was okay. Now I am still thinking its neurological. I try to scratch my eyes so everything is normal. Like it is normal, but when I open both it all seems foggy, not super foggy just like slightly whiter but my eyes feel full on the sides. It is a weird sensation. I want to cry.

Anxiety can cause all that and none of it will harm you. Ignore it and it will go away. That's been my experience. Pam

Hi if you last had an eye exam 2 years ago I would go back and get another one to put your mind at rest. Anxiety though can cause all sorts of physical issues. x
