Floor moving feeling

Hi does anyone have a weird sensation when they go somewhere like they are floating and almost like the ground is moving? Think i was anxious when i was out and thats why i got this feeling.

Yes, I used to get this along with light headedness, it's all anxiety.

I just went through that. It's a classic anxiety symptom. Very scary, but not dangerous. "This too shall pass". All the best to you. 💜💜💜
