Lightheaded with heart palpitations

Does anyone here ever get random irregular heartbeats ? I get lightheaded with them but then I can’t tell if it’s because panic sets in or if it’s legit caused by my heart.

I have been checked so many times and they tell me I have ectopic beats that they are benign.

However, these scary runs of 2 or 3 never happen on the monitor so I get super scared they have missed something !

Anyone else similar ?

I have /had zillions of these.

Started to get my attention in my 20s. Had LONG runs of skipping called tri-gemini(?). sometimes it felt like a little rabbit thumping inside, sometimes a pony, occasionally a big bird hitting a window...

My vision would flippy flop, I'd think I would hit the deck for a spit second, and.....wait for it

40 years later, I'm still here and not once did it manifest into ANYTHING.

It's a goofy, normal, abnormality in thousands of people.

Self limiting, and.....absolutely harmless

Yes. Do you have any muscular pain or tightness in your neck, back, and shoulders; particularly, on one side of your body? And did your doctor rule out cardiovascular conditions?
