Ahhh, Matt. I'm with you - we've been dealing with this for so long. I still believe in my heart that there will be a breakthrough for both of us - and bear in mind, that summer heat does in itself magnify anxiety symptoms intensely. There are lots of useful articles about this out there, if you're interested. Let's make a pact to never give up and never give in, OK? I know you arrived at this place like myself from significant trauma, so I can relate to that side of things too. Reaching out to tell you that you are never alone - I do understand. I wish I could offer more, but hopefully this might help a little.
