Hi everyone, haven’t been on here for a while as I thought it was best for me to stop reading things and just try to focus on myself, which I did.. my house is always spotless now, I’ve just bought a new car and work is going really good. I feel like a new woman. I hope this gives anyone struggling some sense of hope as 4 months ago I was suicidal, wasn’t eating a thing and just generally wasn’t taking care of myself. I was just existing.
Routine, positivity and I did a LOT of reading about anxiety and listened to audio books, helped me immensely. If anyone’s interested in what I’ve read that helped me feel free to ask 😊 keep going everyone, everything gets better eventually ❤️
