I’m EXTREMELY anxious as I have just been told I have Atrial Fibrillation, which I had four years ago. It was treated with surgery then and has now come back.
I have health anxiety anyway, and I am full of fear and worry for the future and don’t know which way to turn.
Right now I need some comforting words.
