I don't feel like myself and I feel out of it a lot, reality sometimes feels not real as well. Like it's hard to tell reality from fake sometimes...that sounds crazy probably..

Sometimes myself and reality feel unreal
It doesn't sound crazy at all. It's called "depersonalization" or "derealisation" and it's one of the most common symptoms of anxiety, along with dizziness/light headedness.
(It's also a big part of the marijuana high, which is why I don't smoke the stuff! But believe it or not, cannibus enthusiasts actually enjoy the feeling!)
Anyway, the way to manage it is exactly the same as managing anxiety/panic itself. Just accept it and allow yourself to feel it. Don't resist it or struggle with it or try to make it go away; this just makes you more anxious. Take a few slow, deep breaths and relax and do nothing about it. Know that, however disturbing it may be, it's just a feeling and nothing more. You're in no danger.
I'm feeling the same way. I do not know if it is normal. I just went up on my Lexapro dose to 20mg two days ago. I have been on 10mg for 5 weeks. I hope this passes soon. I'm doing my cbt and grounding myself
