I feel like a swing back-and-forth like I’m on a boat my ears are kind of plug it scares me I’m terrified that I have a tumor or something but it’s just sinus pressure that right? Yesterday I had to panic attacks one right after the night I was so scared and I had racing thoughts on the matter what I did they just keep coming
