Sore lips now 😐

Because I’ve been stressing on and off lately I’ve now got a cold sore on my lip, I am prone to having them from time to time, I’m assuming because the immune system is low because of anxiety that’s what’s causing it? I usually only get them when Im run down anyway. they’re not nice though

Sorry to hear that. I get cold sores very occasionally also. As well as stress I find that the sun can cause them.

Really hope it clears up soon. I find Zorvirax helps alot. It makes them much less painful and they go quickly because it dries them out.

Oh right

Yes same here the sun can cause them for me too that’s why I always have to put a total sunblock on my lips . I’ve got Zovirax and blisteze so have to make sure I don’t put lipstick on for a few days as it won’t help

Never had a cold sore though, so sorry can't help you there. But I suppose if our bodies ate running on max, we're bound to go down with something.

I have a sore throat / cold thing going o.at the moment, and I'm putting that down to stress!! X

Well the suns come out now it was very cloudy this morning though lol. Yes I think if you have the cold sore virus in you it comes out with stress as well. I never used to suffer from cold sores until I met my ex hubby so I blame him lol
