So last night and every other Night I’ll wake up in the middle of the night with My heart pounding Slow and HARD idk why but it scares me. Almost feels like it wants to stop...I would have to Relax and Catch deep breaths for it to go back to normal heart rate. Does this happen to anyone? I spoke to my GP got an ekg done all was Normal..

Been checked so many times All they told me was I had Tachycardia and palpitations but nothing major
