Mimicking Parkinson’s! Any help?

I am just posting to see if anyone else out there suffers from similar symptoms. I am a 27 y/o male and for the last 2 years have been worried I have Parkinson’s! I have muscle stiffness and rigidity on my right side, especially hand and arm! I have a constant tremor of both hands and arms and legs and feet occasionally. I feel dizzy pretty much most of the time. I have seen a few neurologists and they all believe it’s anxiety due to my age. I am just so convinced I have Parkinson’s, it’s literally all I’ve been thinking about for the last couple of years.

I have diziness and my hands shake almost all the time too. I have seen neurologist and he told me same thing stress or anxiety. Parkinson's tremors usually happen when your hands are at rest.

I went through this same exact thing as you are about two years ago. Only I thought it was Machados Joseph Disease (which is like parkinsons and runs on my moms side of the family) I was convinced I had it, from spasms. to twitching, to muscle stiffness to at times couldnt walk or talk right. Seen doctors, neurologists you name it, and could you believe it was the anxiety doing all this to me. Almost two years later and I dont think I have it anymore. Hang in there.
