I am a newly qualified teacher and the fact I haven’t got full time employment for September yet is really affecting my moods. I have spent most of my day crying and I’ve just had a really low mood. Is there anyone in the same position as me?

Sorry, not a teacher but I can understand that teaching is your profession and livelihood! That uncertainty not having a position yet would provoke anyones anxiety or depression. 🤔😊
