House fire

Our house burned down on Memorial day. We were not home at the time. Our dogs are okay but we lost our cat. It has been really hard for us. We are doing everything we can. Just looking for advice/reassurance from someone who has been in a similar situation.

So sorry to hear this. It must be such a terrible shock and involve so much hard work afterwards. Thank goodness you were not in the house but so sad that you lost your cat through the fire.

I have not been in this situation but wanted to send my sympathy.

wickedlovley28, I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your home and cat. That must be a horrible disappointment to go through. Each of us has to deal with whatever comes our way in this life. I'm hoping your had plenty of insurance. Looking to the future of having another home, with new furnishings will be a help. I am praying that things will go well for you as you deal with all the challenges ahead, and that He will guide you through the process of getting a new home.
