You are not dying. I know what your feeling, went through this a few months ago. Remember there is a world outside of your head, take time to focus on what's happening outside of your mind and your body. Breakdowns are important, they push you into a new path. You are normal (if there is such a thing). Check out mindfulness mediation. If you can afford it, try therapy. CBT therapy helped me best and a side order of CBD oil! Don't take yourself too seriously, your alive, it's a blessing on it's own. Give me a message if you want to talk Shaymocha111.

I felt that way over a year ago. I felt so weak & lightheaded (Anxiety is my baseline). My thyroid medication was adjusted. I self paid for a vitamin B panel & found my B-2 level was low & my B-12 level had dropped considerably (I read low B-2 is common in older people). I also started CBT.

The lightheadedness has resolved & my strength has returned. Please hang in there Shay, take some deep breaths & work on breathing if that is all you can muster now. Take it one deep breath at a time. It may be hard to believe now, but you too can regain your strength. I have the upmost confidence you can. I will follow your progress, keep up your posts.

It’s so scary I’m scared to eat as well

Is there diabetes in your family? Could altered blood sugars be contributing to your weakness & lightheaded conditions? It sound like these symptoms may contribute to your fear of eating.

Have you had a good medical exam recently? It is said that “psychic trauma” is far worse not knowing what it is that is troubling one, than knowing what the problem is.

Is a underlying fear the fear of doctors? Take someone with you if you’re able to. You sound like you may be suffering from the “psychic trauma” phase. Knowing better what is troubling you is said to be easier to deal with. Bear that in mind as you try to sort things out. Take care Shay.

I can assure you nobody feels good if they do not eat properly. This alone can account for weakness & feeling lightheaded as your blood sugar drops from lack of food. If you are afraid to eat try to correct with professional help if necessary this issue. An adequate diet should help to improve your overall sense of well-being.
