Sometimes I can't feel my heart palpitations and no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to feel them and it worries me that I might have low blood pressure or something.
I know not being able to feel your palps is a good thing, however, was wondering whether any of you guys can force/make yourself concentrate enough to feel the palps.

Lol. I think most of us on here would love to not feel them like you.
Anxiety comes with mainly heart palpitations or irregular beats , skips , flutters and forceful beats.
If you can’t feel your heart but are still fit and well and breathing then don’t worry about it.
Regards to blood pressure you would know if it was too low but having low blood pressure is usually nothing to worry about unless it’s very low in which case you’ll know about it.
So it’s hard to answer your question as most people on here would give anything to be able to not notice the horrible heart palpitations so no you can’t force your self to have them but also you can’t force your self to stop them.
Also , If you check your pulse using your neck you can find your heart beat a lot easier or lay down with a peace of paper on your belly or chest and watch it beat. But DONT he come to aware of it.
