Anxiety Brain Jolts/Zaps

I had no idea that this was an actual anxiety symptom, and I thought I knew them all! This has been happening a lot with me lately as i'm in a period of very intense anxiety at the moment - I had a brief hospitalisation a couple of weeks ago because of it. I don't take meds, as I have had multiple serious drug allergies (anaphylaxis) - so it's not the med. related variety. If you do - you're not alone, and there is a good video about these on Youtube that explains and will help calm your fears. Anxiety - the great pretender and wearer of many disguises! 😳😳

Hi Meredyn

Nice to hear from you but sorry to hear you have had a high level of anxiety.

I certainly had no idea that this could be an anxiety symptom.

Best wishes

Kim
