Visited my PCP the other day

I recently visited my doctor & had some blood work done...I am super anxious right now can any one tells me what this means

Contact your doctors office. It appears the document is missing. A CBC is a complete blood count panel which examines all components of the blood. If there was anything abnormal they most likely would have called but let them know the document isn’t posting on the site. Good luck!
