ive been to the doctors again my oxygen was 99 he listened to my lungs and said they are clear and he can hear air is this good..been having tightness thats why i went xx

That is very good Shannon97. Your oxygen level of 99 as well as your doctor

hearing that your lungs are clear and can hear air is a healthy sign. I would

suspect the tightness that you are feeling is from your anxiety causing the

chest wall muscles to tighten. It has nothing to do with your heart or lungs.

Doing some slow deep breathing and relaxation techniques can help relax

those tight muscles. I hope you are reassured by your doctor visit. xx
