Anyone else get an achey muscle pain in their leg/hip? I feel like I’m finding new physical symptoms everyday. Of course my anxiety has now convinced me that it’s something terrible and I’m all worked up about it.

Yes always have a new ache/pain sometimes it's just random, have you done something different for your leg to hurt? I no it's so so difficult to keep calm and rational about it, could you try a few distraction techniques? A warm soothing bath, laying down and listening to music X sorry it's not much help but I completely understand. If it gets unbearable please call your doctor and see if you can grab the last appointment.

Sending hugs.

Hi Kat, I’m sorry that you feel the same way. It’s not nice and can be quite uncomfortable. I don’t think there’s anything I’ve done different, I’m pretty certain that it must be the tension that has caused my muscle to ache. Going to try a bath later to help my muscles to relax. Thank you for the advice and reassurance x

I hate getting aches in my legs, I’ve been tested at various clinics but I’m fine , and I observed that when I get calmer, the aches go away.

Yes it’s really uncomfortable. I found the same, once I calmed down and distracted myself with other things it soon went away.
