That's probably because all the panicking has worn you to a frazzle, been there got the T Shirt!

May be some of these replies won't help you, and you sound like you are having a real bad time right now.

You could search some old posts with your symptoms and find some comfort in them.

Plus I would imagine you are completely tired out, and that makes you tearful too.

Please know you are not alone on here
