I haven’t but my roommate swears by them. I suggest keeping a journal of how they make you feel and eat one with someone you trust around to make you feel better.
Zero effect with the ones I bought last year. Perhaps I just bought the wrong brand? But I'm not wasting my money trying them again. Let me know how you go on.
I haven't tried but my son uses CBD oil for his anxiety and swears by it.
I tried one this morning and it did help relax me. It made me slightly tired but not as anxious as I usually am.
