Health anxiety playing on me

Hi all please tell me if I am being stupid been ok for along time but yesterday I was sat watching TV and my cat's decided to have a boxing match at the side of me and I suddenly jerked to the side pretty quick. And this morning I keep getting sharp pains under my right rib and it's radiating to the middle would it just be a pulled muscle because I was just gonna Google symptoms

do not Suggest or encourage your going to DR. GOOGLE for anything whilst you are at all entertaining any kind of medical anxiety.

Deep breaths... deep breaths. I have health anxiety too. DO NOT GOOGLE ANYTHING. It’ll only make you panic more. Take it easy... if a couple days later you still feel sore see your dr but I’m thinking just a pulled muscle . I’m not a dr though . So, like within a day or so schedule an appt with a dr to have them check. Don’t mention you googling things , don’t mention the anxiety , because I’ve had dr’s take me less serious when I mention the mental disorder . Just mention the muscle strain. For now, take it easy , love, and relax.
