Recently I've been posting a lot about my head pressure issues and some other symptoms that come along with it, but lately I've been getting a different feeling that's in my chest and was wondering if this is anxiety or if I really need to get it checked out. (The doctors said my head pressure is due to anxiety.)
I'll be in bed at night and I'll be trying to sleep (at night the head pressure is the worst and it keeps me from sleeping a lot), and there will be a really weird feeling in my chest.
The location of this feeling is right where my esophagus would be and I'm wondering if it has to do with that, but anyways, the feeling is awful, like someone is moving in that spot and it feels like its something heavy stuck in my chest. Along with that, I'll get that moving feeling in my left eye as well as the back of my nose and throat which I have mentioned before.
Has anyone dealt with this before?
I'm losing my mind!

Hi.
I’m so sorry for your struggles it’s awful when we feel so concerned about something..
It’s likely it is to do with anxiety ..it’s so surprising what anxiety symptoms can be and how anxiety affects us for sure..
Because none of us here, that I know of are medics or professionals, I have to say that only the medics can diagnose for sure.
