Is it common with anxiety to make you feel like not yourself or even not real? I feel like I'm not real and am just seeing the world from other peoples point of views, if that makes sense...I'm rather worried

It's common enough that there's a word for it - derealization (and derealization's sibling, depersonalization). I have often found myself very disconnected from my 'self'. It's disconcerting but it does always pass.
