Everyday I keep thinking something bad will happen or that I will randomly die is that a common symptom ? Because I’m soooo scared

Yes, that's what I'm experiencing too. Dread, impending sense of doom.. During my bad days, all I constantly think about is that something bad will happen. Some days, I can distract myself enough but it doesn't last long. It gets even worse when I try to sleep...

It will get better, trust me.

Have you gone to see a psychologist or psychiatrist? I haven't been yet, but I've gradually changed a few lifestyle habits and I've seen some changes since. Just know that its all anxiety, that it is all in your head. However, going to the doctors may help some of your health anxiety, give you reassurance.
