I’ve had anxiety for five years. I just got noise induced tinnitus a little over a month ago after a DJ gig. This is harder than about any aspect of anxiety I’ve dealt with... the slow grind, long term scenario is wearing me down. For the first time, I’m battling a very bleak outlook. I’m forgetting what normal stress free life is. I’m only 30, single, with a tough work schedule. I don’t know how to cope with this.

It might go away completely for you, but the anxiety fires it and caffeine and alcohol and especially drugs make it worse to.. I've had mine 4 years after w DJ concert sometimes it goes away completely if I take care of myself, when I don't it is all time high. Get ears checked for excessive ear wax too as that will make it much worse too
