Hi nice to meet you all!! I have CKD and bad anxiety just found out a few weeks ago. I am scared i am going to DIE constantly when i am dizzy and feel like i am going to just pass out. I have had anxiety all my life what can i do to calm myself down i am on no meds for it right now and i go from crying to screaming and praying to GOD on my knees for answers and his guideance.I so sick of being SCARED to death 😣😢😠
