Random dizziness

Random dizziness out of no where and I’ve been feeling dizzy for the last couple of days ? Does anyone else have this for a long period ???

Oh yes. I've had it on and off for a couple of years and it really comes on when I'm anxious. It improves when my anxiety lowers.

Yes I've also been dealing with random sometimes constant dizziness as well as other symptoms...

The part of the brain that controls dizziness also controls anxiety.. so someone that struggles with anxiety often has dizziness so yes it’s very common and nothing to worry about.

Yes and I also find that when I'm anxious I keep a lot of tension and tightness in my neck and that makes the dizzy feeling worse. I can feel how tight my neck gets and feel even more dizzy

yes i’ve had constant dizziness for about 3 months now, along with other symptoms, it gets worse when i’m resting and not distracted, but i hope this makes you feel abit at ease,to know that you’re not alone 😊

Do u still have this as I have these symptoms now it’s horrific I feel off balance and like a drunk feeling and feel the ground is moving ?

i still get this feeling on and off now - and its almost like i’ve got used to it

If you take too much caffeine try to stop it for a couple of days
