i know that we’re all on different time zones so i’m not for sure if anyone will be up as it is late where i am.
i’m away from home at college & have been staying at home and avoiding going to class or staying at school due to my health anxiety. i was wondering if anyone would be willing to talk to me and calm me down as i know i’m fine, just need reassurance. thank you all

Hi bullcat2108! This is my first post on here.I'am up it's almost 2am where I live.You say you need someone to calm you down.I suggest using "Positive Self-Talk" to yourself.Tell yourself that you won't die if you go to class etc.Take "Baby Steps".You did "Great" by going away to school.Congrats! You just need to remind yourself that "You can go to class,and you will be ok even if you feel funny".Don't allow what your feeling hold you hostage ,as sooner or later you will need to go to class.I hope some of this made sense to you.I wish you well.clovergreen
thank you so much for taking the time to reply! this reply did help calm me a bit. i took some anxiety medicine to calm me, but my chest hurts when i get this way and it freaks me out. however i’m pretty certain that my chest pain is more of a back pain problem, i just misinterpret it because of my anxiety!
Hi bullcat2108. It's 6.17 in the morning here in England! I hope you are ok. I have this sometimes along with everything else. It isn't very nice but it will pass you have to try and remember that! My prays are with you ❤
