Gerd/gastritis/anxiety tight chest

Hello. I was diagnosed with gastritis 2 years ago and now recently diagnosed with nonalcoholic fatty liver. I am a 21 year old female and weigh 85 pounds. I take 40mg of omeprazole every morning for about 2-3 months. I also suffer from severe anxiety symptoms. I recently started feeling minor chest tightness this past week and it’s getting very frustrating. Not sure if it’s from anxiety or gerd/gastritis but it’s very minor and haven’t been able to take such a perfect breathe for a while. I have an app. With my gastro next week so i am just waiting it out. Does anyone know what it may be exactly or any tips or comments? Thank you!
