Hi Joe, first off you are not alone. I have GAD, depression, health anxiety. I have struggled for the last few months with severe health anxiety, the worst its ever been. I do not have the night symptoms but just the opposite. Mine starts when I wake up. I check for symptoms(how I'm feeling, then dread and fear sets in, then I have stomach issues like a severe bloated feeling, tense muscles, a weird nervous energy that scares the crap out of me. It usually last until mid afternoon. I'm working on getting my meds adjusted so I have more anxiety than usual. Yes, what you are feeling is anxiety. Your worries, fear, physical symptoms are all anxiety. I'm guessing that you've been to the doctor several times and they all say the same thing that you're fine. Even though you don't feel fine. But it's all anxiety you have to accept that in order to get better. Good luck to you.
Yes I know how you feel!
