frightening/face redness /anxiety?

considering my thoughts.mood has been not great lately,but n liveothing prepared me for the shocking hot bright red cheeks,with tight band surrounding my head,thankfully it stopped after around 20mins,senior citizen--so warning don't allow things to go unspoken---talk out your feelings.Anxiety,certainly played a part ,but ive been troubled with having no adrenal rush....and heartbeat ---until I feel its still going,my worlds turned upside down as I struggle to live from one day to the next.
