Due to my mornings being most difficult with anxiety, my doctor is trying a new approach. Increasing my Zoloft to 125 and having me take one dose of 75 in the morning at 8 and one dose of 50 in the evening at 8.
Anyone else have experience with this approach and was it effective?

Mongea, you won't know until you try it. Increasing dosages as well as timing can
make a big difference in how you feel. My doctor switched the time I take my b/p med
without increasing dosage and that made a huge difference with morning anxiety and
b/p readings. Go for it with confidence and trust in your doctor. My best to you xx
Yes done that before and it worked well, however now I take all my ADS before bed and I get a good night sleep. I have done this complete change for five years and I am pleased with the results. However do what is advised by your GP
