Feeling Spaced out/Not Real
I woke up feeling not real like I'm not in my body
Spaced out is this a normal thing this anxiety
I suffer with health anxiety and panic disorder
I wake up at 6am everyday and have a anxiety attack
But few times I woke up feeling confused out of it and a feeling of not being real
It causes me to panic thinking I'm losing my mind
That I'm having a stroke or got something serious wrong (Health anxiety)
