Can someone help!?
I don't have a flu just a common cold but my upper back is killing me all the way through to my front chest especially if I cough ( I don't have a cough by the way)
can anyone advise?

A cold brings a bunch of symptoms with it. Including aches and pains I recommend taking an over the counter pain killer and going to see your doctor if it persists.
Upper back pain is a symptom of chest infection. I would go to your GP. My friend had this and turned out she had pneumonia. Told to go to GP immediately if she has this again.
