Hello everyone hope you all enjoyed Christmas and new year.hope everyone finds peace from there anxiety ,remember to accept the symptoms as best you can as the way forward is accepting.don't worry if you have months weeks or days of feeling great.then bang it returns out of the blue !!!! Just except it and it will pass once more.wishing you all a wonderful 2019

Thank you! I’m trying so hard to accept it rather than let it drive me and further increase my anxiety. Any tips/resources that have helped you with acceptance?
Hi I've had anxiety off and on for over 40 years .when I'm feeling really anxious I say to myself you have had this before and its not nice !!! But you survived it and the anxiety calms down and you know it will calm down again even if it takes a month a week a day !!! Let the symptoms ride over you and carry on as best you can.it will get better and it can be really hard to accept it at times.but you know all the symptoms are caused by anxiety or stress.you can do it trust yourself.keep telling yourself i will get through this.
