Well, I'm back with more anxiety....

So its been months since I posted here. In those months I've been almost anxiety free, save one flare up back on September 5th from not sleeping for three days from jetlag. Anyways to why I'm here. Since Sunday of this week I've been experiencing my anxiety build up. As of yesterday though it feels like I am teetering on a massive panic attack. The whole fear of dying is back, my vision seems like I'm having tunnel vision, and it just seems like I'm falling apart. Now normally I'd write it off as either worrying about my final grades, but by that point I knew I had passed with good grades. I'd also think it had something to do with my roommate and best friend having to move out due to finances and my own rent going up to over 1000$, and while that might have made it worse, it didn't start it. Anyone have anything that will help me calm down? I tried exercising and watching funny movies, but nothing has helped.

Sounds like you need some meds to help you through this period. There is nothing wrong with meds .... you will wind down and hopefully stop the meds , too. No wonder you are anxious. I would be, too.

I'm on 100mg of sertraline at the moment. But yeah. Hope I can get something done.

I am sorry that you are facing this right now. I would try meditating and relaxing as much as you can. I am sure this is a season that will pass. I am praying for you through this time.
