Does anyone know if extreme anxiety can cause trembling hands? thanks

Yes, it can. It’s just all the adrenaline that anxiety releases in your body. It can make you feel trembling and jittery.

Thanks for this sensible reply....I have been going along the route of "I've got MS or Parkinson's. Let's hope it's the adrenaline coming out!. Hope you alright.

I find beta blockers (propranolol) help me when I get the trembling hands due to my anxiety

Thanks - i am taking a beta - blocker, bisoponlol (spelling?) but side effects not good so next gp appt. I' asking to have it changed.
