Hi I’m not 💯 % sure wot to say really I don’t like going out I feel more secure in my own place but at same time I feel trapped my cats cheer me sometimes but other times I just wanna stay in bed I don’t know if it’s my anxiety my depression or my emotional split personality disorder I also suffer with fibromyalgia arthritis an spinal disorder so if I do go out I’m in pain the hole time

Maybe trying to do something at home instead of going out would help. I know depression can make us not want to do things, it can make us feel exhausted at times.

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with anxiety or depression. It can make you feel like you have brain fog. Have you ever considered doing something creative?
