I don’t drink caffeine. I definitely felt dizzy and can’t breathe daily. The worst is when you start feeling weird like I guess anxious and everything feels like you’re being suffocated and you can feel everything
Smh this is no joke man smh I have this 24/7
I've been dizzy 24/7 since my anxiety got out of hand... Working full time is pretty tough with it. Caffeine definitely makes anxiety worse.
Cisco123 I know that feeling of dizziness. I have found that caffeine not only makes the dizzy feeling more intense, but it also works against our anxiety. I don’t know if you have to work 50 hours a week, but if so, maybe find someplace quiet where you can sit, breathe and relax. I have found that one of the most important things is finding time for just yourself. I have a few things that help me if you're interested in knowing them to let me know and I would be glad to share them. To you see a therapist? I have found that seeing someone on a consistent basis is the best thing I did for myself
I used to suffer from anxiety years ago it was extreme. I was also working 50 or more hours. What worked for me was self care like getting bi-weekly massages with aromatherapy oils like lavender and drinking chamomile and taking vitamin B and omega 3 supplements.
Hello mate,
I was actually having terrible reactions to coffee. Almost similar to what you are describing. The first hour or two after drinking the coffee, I would be great. Then when it wore off, I fell into a state of total depression, weakness and general unwell feeling.
I have a very stressful job sadly and need to keep my energy boosted most of the time to keep me going. A recommended I take caffeine + L theanine pills. I figured, I got nothing to lose and gave it a shot. To my surprise, this has actually done the trick for me.
