PVC due to anxiety??

It's been two months since I've started feeling PVCs. It is the most frightening and uncomfortable feeling ever. Sometimes I feel like my heart is going to give out on me, or I'm going to have an heart attack. It all started in south korea, I was there for two months with two friends, and they started A few days before I was due to come back to the states. I really didn't want to come back and was a little stressed about it. Since coming back I've seen 4 doctors and 2 cardiologist, plus i still see a counselor. My heart is healthy, which is good, but my mind always reacts to these skip beats and sends me into a panic attack. Some of these attacks feel like I'm dying. All the doctors pretty much summed it to anxiety and stress. I haven't felt like myself since these PVCs, i feel tired all the time, I'm so hyper aware of my heart beat and every little pain has me thinking the worst. I guess what I'm asking for is any advice, even reassurance , of some sort. Especially from anyone going through the same thing. Thank you!

I've had blood work done and the hospital and doctors. No one said anything to be about my Iron, but one of the docs did say I have very slight subclinical hypothyroidism.

Hi I have exactly the same !pvcs and pacs I have on a holter monitor I had done . The strange thing is everyone can get them but some people don't feel them. I started getting them after my first panic attack and they've never gone away. I take propranolol if I know I will be in an anxious situation which does help a bit x
