Sore head and strained eyes

Does anyone ever still get a sore head and strained eyes and weird like vision when they aren’t feeling anxious at that particular time??

Yep, still freaking out because i think I've got a brain tumor... My headaches,sore head, dizziness, and my eyes are strained.. Im gonna head to the Doc tomorrow everyone has reasured me im fine but anxiety is hard to calm.

I definitely suffer with vision changes if I’m over tired or having a bad phase
