Anxiety

Hi does anyone one else feel really sick with there anxiety to the point you are sick?. Am getting a little worried now am losing weight and can’t really sleep at night because of it.

I am in the same boat... Another bout of anxiety has come...I lose weight every time, then after I get better, the weight comes back. It's very hard and scary. Take one minute at a time. I am having a panic attack right now. It sucks.

I have come to notice that same pattern for me too. When Im in a bad cycle of anxiety my stomach gets upset, acid reflux gets worse, burning gut for me and I lose weight so fast.

hi I was 16 stone and through depression/anxiety I lost nearly 5 stone.i struggled for years trying to get healthier again but I was never able to gain the weight on my arms waist and legs making me look like homer simpson.
